店名には、日本文化への関心を込めています。素材や仕立て方、丁寧なサービスにも、その姿勢が通っています。
おまかせは、バーテンダーに選択を委ねるスタイルです。まずお好みを伺い、その対話をもとにカクテルを仕立てます。
お好みの素材やスタイル、避けたいもの、アレルギーをお伝えください。ご提案できる内容は、その日の素材によって変わります。
