Salon du Japonisant and Nadaya Saketen are operated by Belta Corporation Co., Ltd. Belta Corporation Co., Ltd. and Bacchus Global Co., Ltd. are affiliated companies under common ownership, not a parent and subsidiary. KOUJI ALCHEMIST is operated by Bacchus Global Co., Ltd.
Japanese whisky, sake and shochu are part of the collection, alongside other spirits. Preparation brings together attention to ingredients, aroma, texture and presentation.
The omakase approach centres on the conversation between guest and bartender. Preferences guide the selection, within the ingredients available.
Our name, Japonisant, reflects the salon's interest in Japanese culture. We use it to express curiosity, respect and an ongoing approach to learning.
